Local by design

Your repos. Your machine.

Agents do the work

Design, build, verify, review.

You stay in control

Approve the spec, merge and deploy.

A factory that knows
when to ask you.

Works moves each request from research to a reviewed PR. Three deliberate stops keep your intent in the loop.

Spec ready

Approve the spec

Shape the request before build starts. Scope, acceptance and boundaries are written down for your review.

PR ready

Review the PR

See the proposed change and its checks. You decide when the pull request is ready to merge.

Deploy waiting

Choose when to ship

Promote merged work through your existing environments when the timing is right.

demoSpec ready

Specification ready for your review

Export reports as CSV

Add a CSV export to the reports view so the current results can be opened in a spreadsheet.

Scope

  • Export action in the reports view
  • Current filters reflected in the file
  • UTF-8 CSV output

Acceptance

  • Column headers included
  • Report view stays unchanged

Out of scope

Scheduled exports, Excel files and multi-report export.

Checks built in.

Follow every request from the first question to the final review. The plan, agent sessions, tool calls and evidence stay with the work.

Specialists, with a shared plan

Implementers build. A separate verifier checks. A reviewer examines the result.

Your conventions, carried through

Works uses Keystone skills and reads each repository’s own project guidance.

Questions have somewhere to go

When intent is unclear, the lead asks in the request’s thread. You answer in context.

Your release rhythm.

Register a local repository. Keep its conventions, Git workflow and CI/CD. Works organises the journey; you choose each promotion.

What is Keystone Works?

A local software factory built on Keystone. Register Git repositories, submit features, fixes or debt, and track each request through design, build and review.

Can it merge or deploy without me?

No. You approve the specification, the PR merge and each deployment. Work continues between those stops.

Where does the work run?

On your Mac, using local repositories and coding-agent CLIs. Works is designed as a local, single-user workspace.

Does it replace my existing workflow?

Works follows your project guidance and Git flow. Your existing CI/CD handles deployment after you approve a promotion.

Less chasing.
More making.

A clear request. A team of agents. Your next decision, right where it belongs.
